This is how my Storytime Squares Quilt looked last Friday.
This is what it looks like now! The pattern is by Made by Rae and can be found here. It was used by many last fall as part of the 100 quilts for kids project. I had good intentions and started it, but I lost traction when Christmas presents started popping in to my mind.
I used Spring Green kona for the binding and for the back a Michael Miller print from my stash that features children's rhymes, Hey diddle diddle, Rub-a-dub-dub, Jack be nimble, Hickory dickory .... you know... all those....
The gnome approves. The gnome is happy that this is one less UFO hanging out.
This was a painless finish of UFO # 8, which was the month of March's UFO challenge.
That is a sweet, happy quilt! Love the colors, and that duck print is really fun.
ReplyDeleteDiane ~ I love this quilt! It's just simple, colorful, and seems very doable. Love the little gnome, too! :)
