WIP 3/7

Looking back, this has become a monthly rather than weekly report.....

New starts this month:

I fell into the granny trap and I keep fantasizing about one made from my AMH with even larger squares.  This one is scrappy and made from 4.5" squares.

Worked on this past month:
I now have three Swoon blocks done... I need to pick up the pace this month.

Completed this past month:
My daughters tumbler quilt was completed and was well used on the bus to regional competition.

My UFO of the month, County Fair 1-2-3 which is now on my bed!

And with all the spring blooms, I could not resist making a small table runner.

Sitting quietly this month:Rainbow blocks, Chubby Stars QAL, Juki Spring, American Jane blocks, 36 patch QAL, HST project, Storybook Quilt, New Wave, Pinwheel Sampler, Hope Valley round-and-round QAL, postage stamp

WIP Stats for month: new starts-1, completed- 3, total WIP's outstanding - 13

  6. Man, you've been busy! I think your granny square quilt is really great looking, and I think you're brilliant for making the blocks larger -- what a great way to finish it quick! :)

And the tumbler quilt is really cool. I'm not surprised your daughter loved it. :)

  10. Loving your grannies and your swoons (sounds like two different types of lingerie, doesn't it?). Your tumbler quilt looks cute and comfy. Three finishes so far this month? That's great!
